Money Mindset Determines Your Success

Your Money Mindset determines your success or otherwise with money... whether you can attract money easily and live prosperous life, or struggle constantly with the lack of money in your life.

It's the foundation to the kind of relationship you have with money and abundance. It's like a litmus test, or temperature guage that sets how easy or difficult your relationship with money play out.

Just imagine on a scale of 0 to 10 (with 0 being low/negative and 10 being high/positive), where would you rate your Money Mindset right now?

T Harv Eker refers to it graphically as your "money thermostat" - just like setting the heating thermostat in your home. If your money thermostat is set on a low setting, no matter how much more you want, or try to raise the setting, you won't be able to raise it beyond what's been pre-set from your past conditioning.

Even if you do manage to temporarily raise it for a short time, it will automatically go back to the pre-set.

So, it all begins in your mind, your psychology, your inner game. Change your inner world, and your outer world changes too.

The good news is you can change your Money Mindset. It does take effort and commitment, but you can do it. It involves:

1. Identifying your negative limiting beliefs about money. It helps to recall your first memories about money and the messages you received from others as a child.

2. Clear and change those negative limiting beliefs.

3. Clearly set your new intentions and beliefs about what is possible for you, and reinforce them with visual and audio reminders - vision boards, audios, affirmations, visualizations, meditation.

4. TAKE ACTION to put in place new habits and behaviors that support and reinforce your new vision about your relationship with money.

5. And, take it a step further - take Inspired Action - whenever you feel an intuitive urging, a new idea, act upon it quickly and put it in motion. Remember, Success and Money like speed.

8 May - Enhance Your Success!

8 May has special significance as a great day to start a new project or venture, as this recent email from one of my subscribers explains -

"Dear Kathy

Thank you very much for "Your Success" E-Newsletters.

I would like to share with you some things I have learned which may help you and enhance your success.

I follow a Vedic system of astrology and it says that 8 May is called "Akshaya Tritiya" which is the "Day of Lasting Achievements".

If you have a big undertaking/project etc that you would like to commence and have not started working on it already, then it is very auspicious to start some action on that project on that day.

It is called "the Day of Lasting Achievements" because if you commence some action (it does not have to be a big action, just some action to commence the project) on that day, the project will gain more support of all the laws of nature.

In Vedic astrology they have what is called "Muhurtas". Muhurtas are special times for starting an important undertaking, such as getting married, buying a home, looking for land or starting a business/writing a book. Normally these are calculated when an astrologer looks at a person's chart, however, these are special days in the year when the "flavour" of Natural Law is more geared towards certain things for everybody.

There is a saying in Vedic astrology which is about the purpose of Muhurtas - "well begun is half done". So if the starting time is favourable, the project will experience more support from the very beginning. ........
